(1) Go through the north ticket gate, and turn to the right (toward the East Exit).
(2) Take the escalator shown in the above photo.

(3) Get on the moving walkway shown in the above photo. You can soon see the sailing ship called “Nippon Maru” on the right side.

(4) At the end of the moving walkway, you can find the entrance sign of The Landmark Tower on the right side. At the entrance, take the elevator D shown in the above photo to the 37th floor (the elevator D stops at the 36th to 48th floors).
(5) The Olive International Patent Office is on the 37th floor. We look forward to your visit.

(1) Go through the ticket gate on the 3rd basement floor (the platform is on the 4th basement floor), and turn to the left (toward Queen’s Square).
(2) Take the long escalator shown in the above photo to the 1st floor.

(3) Get off the escalator, and turn to the right (toward The Landmark Tower).
(4) Go straight through the Queen’s Square to enter Landmark Plaza.
(5) Go straight in the Landmark Plaza, and then you can find the entrance sign of Yokohama Royal Park Hotel and Tower Office on the left side, as in the above photo. (The entrance is next to a pastry shop.)

(6) At the entrance as in the above photo, the Tower Office is on the right side (and the Yokohama Royal Park Hotel is on the left side). Turn to the right to enter the Landmark Tower.
(7) Take the elevator D to the 37th floor (the elevator D stops at the 36th to 48th floors).
(8) The Olive International Patent Office is on the 37th floor. We look forward to your visit.
